I assume that Renault uses the identical wiring harnesses for different trim levels.
You don't automatically get functions that your car doesn't have by replacing the panel and connecting the buttons.
The second button on the right, for example, is for opening and closing the trunk lid. If you don't have an electric trunk lid, it won't automatically become one just because you connect the button.
