Talisman / R-Link2 Display nicht funktionieren

Very good, we have a understanding. Google translator and my rusty German skills (used lately mainly in Alps on "Ein Grosses Bier bitte"-level :)), can easily mislead --> we stick to the english in the future.

When I check my memory stick, there is a R-Link -folder but no files in there. Maybe this will succeed when I get the display working. Btw. I visited the garage yesterday and warned them that they should have R-Link control unit and maybe the display as well in stock and available when on 4.1.2021 they start to re-investigate the problem. They promised to prepare themselves.

Correct, empty battery and non-working display. Though when we finally got the car started with the additional power at the port, the display worked so that there was a text "Connect diag. Tool" or something like that. So, the display was working then at that level informing to connect the car to OBD or something. After that first half an hour, I didn´t get anymore that info text, just a black/gray screen. At that amazes me, display worked showing that info text in the very beginning?

Renaul-tgarage has tried to read the faults with the diagnostic tool, but no success. Maybe there is a lack of competence for solving this kind of problem, first case at their garage I think.

Gestern ging diese Geschichte zu Ende. Die Werkstatt ersetzte das Radio (R-Link) und wie Udo sagte, gab es einen Fehler. Die zuvor ersetzte Telematikeinheit musste vergeblich erneuert werden, ist aber auch neu. Display funktioniert jetzt großartig und es scheint einiges an Lernen mit all den Menüs vor uns zu liegen Vielen Dank an Udo und die anderen für ihre Hilfe und ihr Fachwissen!

Als nächstes kann ich mich mit der Operation des Automaten / Schalters vertraut machen, wenn ich nicht denke, dass er normal funktioniert. Manchmal verlässt das Auto die Ampel mit einem heulenden Reifen, obwohl ich nicht viel Gas gebe. Andererseits benötigt es manchmal mehr Gas als normal, um das Auto in Bewegung zu setzen. Ich habe dieses Forum bereits aus anderen Erfahrungen mit dem EDC-Getriebe gelesen, aber es ist mir nicht gelungen, die richtigen Suchwörter für das Problem zu finden. Wenn Sie also immer noch ein deutsches Schlüsselwort oder einen Link zu mir eingeben können, wenn jemand ein ähnliches Problem im Getriebe hatte, danke.

Alles in alles, gottlob hat das Auto eine Garantie für über ein Jahr, das Radio wurde ersetzt und hoffentlich eine mögliche EDC-Reparatur als Garantiearbeit.

Yesterday this story came to an end. The garage replaced the Radio (R-Link control unit) and as Udo said, there was a fault in it. Next, I can start to get acquainted with the operation of the EDC-automat / clutch, which I don't think it works normally. Sometimes the car leaves the traffic lights with a tires burning even though I don’t throttle much. On the other hand, sometimes it requires more throttle than normal to get the car moving. I have read this forum already from other experiences with the EDC gearbox but I didn´t manage to find the right search words corresponding to the problem. So if you can still put a correct German search word or link to me, if someone has had a similar problem in the gearbox, thanks.

All in all, thank God the car is under warranty for over a year --> the radio was replaced and hopefully a possible EDC repair as well as a warranty work.
